Job summary

Gisou by Negin Mirsalehi in Amsterdam offers an Office & Events Management Internship to support daily office operations and culture. You’ll help coordinate meetings, spaces, and branding while collaborating with People, Creative, and Marketing teams to reflect Gisou’s values.

The program runs for six months, full-time and onsite, with a range of team events and wellness activities, including lunch and travel reimbursement opportunities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing an education course with a focus on Administration / Secretary / Facility Management / Office Manager or Hospitality.
• Friendly, hospitable attitude with strong customer service mindset.
• Proactive, flexible, and reliable with ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written).

Responsibilities

• Support smooth daily office operations and coordinate events that showcase Gisou culture and brand.
• Assist in coordinating meetings, spaces, branding, technology, supplies, and seating.
• Collaborate with People, Creative, and Marketing teams to reflect Gisou's values in the office.
• Help plan and execute team events, Wellness Sessions, and annual celebrations.
• Assist with branding projects, signage installation, and office aesthetics.
