Mpac Langen in Wijchen, Netherlands, is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join the Service Engineering team on site. You will develop and improve mechanical designs for our high‑performance machinery, supporting new and existing equipment with upgrades and modifications.

Responsibilities include CAD modelling, drawings, BOMs, and collaborating with Service, Operations, Sales and other Engineering disciplines.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or a related field.
• Experience in machine building, automation or related environment.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical principles, materials, tolerances and manufacturing techniques.
• Proficiency with 3D CAD software (Autodesk Inventor, SolidWorks, Pro/ENGINEER).
• Ability to perform static and dynamic calculations and create BOMs.

Responsabilidades

• Develop mechanical concepts and translate requirements into practical designs.
• Design and modify machines, assemblies and components.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models, drawings and BOMs.
• Investigate, diagnose and resolve mechanical issues on existing machinery.
• Develop upgrades, revisions and customer-specific modifications.
• Collaborate with Operations, Service, Sales and Engineering teams.
• Lead or support project work and safety assessments as needed.
• Prepare technical construction and revision documentation.
