Job summary

Hunkemöller seeks an Online Product Content Intern to support the Online Merchandise Specialist in presenting products beautifully and accurately for a global audience. You will help prepare product pages, publish new collections, optimize categories, and analyze feedback to improve content.

You’ll collaborate with Content, Customer Journey, Buying and Photography teams, gaining hands-on experience in digital content and ecommerce operations within a leading fashion brand.

Qualifications

• Currently studying Marketing, Ecommerce, Fashion, Business or Communications.
• Interest in ecommerce and online merchandising.
• Eye for detail and enjoyment of working with product content.
• Organized, proactive and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing and optimizing product pages (descriptions, images, tags, sizing).
• Publish new products ensuring correct information, visuals, and category placement.
• Check online product content for completeness and accuracy.
• Support optimization of product listings and category pages.
• Analyze customer feedback, returns and reviews to improve content.
• Update sets and seasonal collections.
