Tebi in Amsterdam is looking for a senior product designer to own the core design of the point-of-sale, kitchen display and payment flows used during service. You will work with a product manager and five engineers to ensure a cohesive design across the platform and drive it forward with a merchant-centric mindset.
You’ll shape the design system in the native app, prototype in code, and help evolve AI-first capabilities to make hospitality smoother and faster.
Tebi is creating the first Connected Restaurant Management System that makes hospitality flow. In one seamless platform, Tebi embeds sales, reservations, kitchen prep, payments, and all the data that powers it, creating smooth service and intuitive insights.
Founded by Arnout Schuijff, co-founder of Adyen, and backed by €50 million in funding from Index Ventures & CapitalG, Tebi is built in service of hospitality first. Thousands of restaurants, cafés, bars, and coffee shops across the Netherlands, UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark and Finland already love running on Tebi.
You’ll own design for the heart of Tebi: the point of sale, kitchen display and payment flows that restaurants use every minute of service.
On a busy Friday night, one restaurant might run Tebi on an iPad at the bar, handhelds on the floor, payment terminals at the tables, screens in the kitchen and a printer at the pass. All of it has to work together, often for staff who only started that week. A lot of merchants like Tebi because it’s as easy to use as a consumer app, so training new staff takes less time. You’ll help keep it that way as the product grows.
You’ll work with a product manager and five engineers, and across teams on the work we share.
Some of the problems waiting for you:
As a design team, we want to ship work we’re proud of, own our seat at the table, and push the company to aim higher.
