Harding is seeking an experienced Mandarin-speaking Retail Manager to lead onboard retail operations and drive guest satisfaction on cruise itineraries. You will manage a team, deliver exceptional service, and work toward sales and profit targets while representing luxury brand standards.

The role requires strong Mandarin fluency, proven leadership, and a track record of achieving sales goals in a fast-paced, maritime environment.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Mandarin and able to communicate with guests and colleagues.
• Experience managing retail teams, ideally at sea.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a retail team to deliver exceptional guest experiences onboard.
• Inspire staff to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Model best practices in service, product knowledge and operations.
• Identify training needs and deliver development for team members.
• Engage with clients for events and product knowledge sessions.
