Job summary

Harding+ is recruiting motivated Chanel Beauty Advisors to join our onboard cruise retail teams. You will live and work at sea, delivering a welcoming, authentic Chanel experience to guests worldwide.

Promote Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance; perform full makeovers; advise guests on products based on skin type and preferences; and drive sales through consultative selling and events. Accommodation and meals are provided on board, with visas and seafaring documents organized.

Qualifications

• Strong retail experience in premium beauty products preferred.
• Excellent face-to-face customer service and communication skills.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets in a luxury environment.

Responsibilities

• Live and work on a cruise ship, anywhere in the world.
• Promote Chanel skincare, makeup and fragrance to guests.
• Perform makeovers and demonstrate products to drive trial and sales.
• Advise guests on Chanel range based on skin type and preferences.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through consultative selling.
• Collaborate with Chanel team and cruise staff to execute events and drive traffic to store.
• Assist with stock control and merchandising on board.
• Maintain appealing product presentation following brand guidelines.
• Deliver a memorable onboard retail experience for guests.
• Participate in promotions and seminars to boost sales.
