Job summary

Harding+ is seeking a French-speaking Retail Sales Associate to join our onboard cruise retail team. You will live and work on a cruise ship, travelling to different parts of the world while delivering luxury customer experiences and promoting premium brands.

You will develop product knowledge, exceed sales targets, and participate in events such as fashion shows and showcases. A career on board offers accommodation and meals, visas, training, and a contract up to six months with a home break

Qualifications

• Fluent French language required.

What You Will Be Doing

• Living and working on a cruise ship (you could be anywhere in the world!)
• Creating an exceptional and memorable retail experience for guests on board
• Maximising sales by promoting a quality range of products through a variety of in-store events
• Developing detailed and extensive knowledge of all products as well as the brand culture
• Exceeding sales targets and participating in promotional events such as fashion shows and presentations

Who You Are

• Strong retail background and knowledge of premium or luxury products
• French speaking
• Excellent face to face customer service and sales ability, utilising strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Motivated and driven to achieve sales targets
• Proven ability in showcasing luxury items
• Adaptable to change and able to work in a high‑pressure environment
• A strong team player who is goal orientated
