Job summary

TKH Security is seeking a proactive Technical Specialist to support customers with CCTV and access control systems. You will diagnose faults, perform preventive maintenance, and update software, delivering expert remote and on-site assistance.

You will plan service visits under SLA, travel to customer sites, and collaborate with colleagues in a modern head office environment in Zoetermeer. An engaging role for technically driven professionals.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of work experience in IT or Electrical Engineering.
• Affinity with IT and ICT.
• Experience with video management and/or CCTV (this is a plus).
• Hold a valid driving licence B.

Responsibilities

• Resolve faults and perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Update software and report on activities.
• Provide on-site and phone support to customers and resolve complex technical issues.
• Plan service visits based on SLA agreements with customers.
• Spend part of your time at the head office in Zoetermeer and on-site at customer sites.
