Job summary

TKH Security is seeking a Technical Specialist in Security Technology to be the main contact for customers on complex technical matters. You will troubleshoot on-site and perform smart remote configurations to keep our security systems reliable for governments, hospitals, airports and telecoms.

You will work with IPROTECT, FLINQ and APOLLO platforms, handle on-call rotations, and advise on technical issues while maintaining clear documentation.

Qualifications

• MBO or HBO level education in IT or electrical engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Experience with CCTV, access systems, or VMS.
• Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Dutch language skills (English preferred).

Responsibilities

• Resolving malfunctions (remote and on-site) in integrated security systems
• Performing preventive and corrective maintenance on hardware and software
• Implementing software updates and technical configurations
• Documenting completed work clearly and accurately
• Advising customers on technical issues, both remotely and on-site
• Participating in on-call duty (once every 6–7 weeks)
