Kitchen Tune-Up Houston is seeking a Project Coordinator to oversee day-to-day remodeling operations, ensuring projects stay on schedule and within budget. The role acts as the on-site link between planning, field teams, and the Project Manager, requiring professional communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities include site oversight, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining safety standards, tracking progress in company cam, and reporting updates to the PM while delivering

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in residential remodeling or construction.
• Prior team lead or foreman-level experience preferred.
• Familiarity with safety practices and OSHA guidelines.
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites.

Responsibilities

• Daily job site oversight and open/close procedures.
• Coordinate subcontractors and ensure scope adherence.
• Maintain safety, quality, and site cleanliness.
• Document activity and report updates to the Project Manager.
• Assist with punch lists and project close-out.
