Job summary

Buyers Edge Platform is seeking a Project Manager for Commercial Kitchen Technology to lead the preparation and design phase of large-scale kitchen projects. You will translate client needs into feasible layouts, prepare budgets, and coordinate RFQs for suppliers, ensuring a fully substantiated proposal aligned with requirements.

The role emphasizes preparation and design; daily on-site coordination during construction is out of scope, but you will ensure a flawless handover to the execution

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial kitchen technology, project preparation, estimation, or technical consulting.
• Demonstrated experience in preparing budgets, technical specifications, and quote comparisons.
• Experience with commercial kitchen layouts, kitchen processes, and equipment is highly preferred.
• Experience in structuring project handovers and leading kick-off meetings is a plus.
• Fluency in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate on developing practical, efficient commercial kitchen designs.
• Translate client requirements into optimal kitchen layouts, workflows, and equipment choices.
• Prepare budgets and detailed estimations for installations and conduct cost analyses.
• Draft clear technical specifications and manage tendering processes and supplier RFQs.
