Job summary

Dekimo Experts is seeking a Field Engineer to coordinate and technically monitor ICT installations and specialized systems on client sites. You will lead the field construction teams, plan activities, ensure material readiness, and maintain schedule integrity while upholding safety and quality standards.

The role requires on-site engineering experience in ICT, electrical, telecom, or industrial construction, a Bac+3 to Master’s in a related field, and a proactive, autonomous mindset.

Qualifications

• On-site ICT/electrical/telecom or industrial construction experience required.
• Bachelor’s (Bac+3) to Master’s degree in ICT, networking, electrical engineering, construction, or related field.
• Proactive, autonomous personality with ability to manage field operations.
• Willingness to travel to client sites in Belgium, Denmark, Germany, Netherlands.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor ICT installations and specialized systems on-site.
• Lead field construction teams and liaise between project team and construction crews.
• Plan site activities, ensure material availability, and track progress against milestones.
• Verify work adheres to execution plans, quality requirements and safety regulations.
• Provide regular reports to project team and construction coordinator; facilitate issue resolution.
