Job summary

Skytree is seeking an Interim Site & Execution Manager to lead on-site coordination for the first-of-its-kind Direct Air Capture plant in the Netherlands. You will act as the single point of contact for contractors, ensure day-to-day execution, and represent Skytree on site with suppliers.

The role requires fluency in Dutch, strong experience in industrial execution, safety leadership, and the ability to troubleshoot crane, lifting plans, and logistics.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in hard industrial or process plant execution.
• Demonstrated experience as a V&G Coordinator in execution phase.
• Experience designing and tracking a V&G-plan and RI&E for construction projects.
• Ability to assess safety plans and halt work if non-compliant.
• Capable of coordinating heavy lifting, crane coordination, and deliveries.
• Fluent Dutch; able to communicate in English with Skytree team.

Responsibilities

• Own daily on-site coordination, acting as the single point of contact for all contractors.
• Represent Skytree towards contractors on site.
• Manage execution sequence, craneage, deliveries, laydown and site logistics.
• Ensure safety: permits to work, toolbox talks, incident follow-ups.
• Coordinate V&G for execution phase and V&G plan.
• Oversee site quality and compile evidence for acceptance.
• Hand over site to commissioning module by module.
• Mandate to pause work if safety standards are not met.
