Job summary

In2event is seeking on-site support staff to join a flexible pool for events across the Netherlands, Belgium and beyond. You’ll be deployed for build-up, festival days, multiple-day events, and standby coverage, handling accreditation desks, hardware checks, and guest/artist check-ins.

We value a calm, technically curious mindset, reliability, and customer-friendly communication. Prior experience is a plus, but training will be provided. Driver’s license and own transport are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with events, accreditation, registration or technical support is a plus.
• We’ll teach you how to work with In2event and our hardware.

Responsibilities

• Build and set up accreditation desks for crew, guests, artists or suppliers.
• Install and check scanners, printers and other hardware.
• Staff accreditation desks and check in guests, crew, suppliers and artists.
• Resolve technical issues and malfunctions in In2event.
• Support the organization with questions about accreditations or In2event.
• Be on stand-by during an event and dismantle equipment after.
