Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a hands-on Construction Manager – CAPEX Projects to lead on-site execution of multiple capital projects at our Netherlands site in Veghel. You will ensure safety, quality, and alignment with scope and timelines while coordinating with contractors and internal teams.

The role requires extensive experience in industrial CAPEX projects, strong on-site leadership, and fluency in Dutch and English to effectively manage stakeholders and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Construction Manager in industrial environments and CAPEX projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead the on-site execution of construction activities across multiple CAPEX projects, ensuring safety and quality.
• Coordinate and supervise contractors, subcontractors, and vendors on site.
• Plan and organize construction work, site logistics and coordination with internal stakeholders.
• Ensure permits, inspections and quality checks align with site procedures.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and support problem-solving to keep work moving.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement and operations to align milestones and resolve issues.
• Maintain safety and hygiene requirements, especially in sensitive areas.
• Provide clear updates to stakeholders on progress and next steps.
