Job summary

SIRE LIFE SCIENCES is seeking a Construction Manager – CAPEX Projects to oversee safe and efficient execution of industrial construction activities across multiple CAPEX projects in a manufacturing environment. • Minimum 4 years of experience managing industrial construction CAPEX projects.
• Proven track record of safely delivering projects on time.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills with all stakeholder levels.
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise on-site execution of multiple CAPEX construction projects, ensuring scope, schedule, and safety.
• Coordinate contractors, subcontractors, and vendors during construction activities.

• Maintain close contact with contractors, providing guidance and oversight on-site, typically spending 50-75% of the time on location.
• Ensure all construction activities are carried out safely and efficiently, with a focus on safety and hygiene.
