Kate Spade New York Roermond Outlet is seeking a part-time Sales Associate to greet guests, provide styling advice, and guide customers through purchase decisions with strong product knowledge and a friendly, confident demeanor. The role emphasizes customer engagement, styling and delivering a seamless checkout experience while maintaining stockroom organization.

Prior retail experience and flexibility for nights, weekends, and busy days are required.

Qualifications

• Professional selling skills with exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a team setting.
• Social media awareness and willingness to learn omni/virtual selling techniques.
• English proficiency (or local language proficiency per market).

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and confidently, demonstrating strong product knowledge.
• Actively listen and ask insightful follow-up questions to understand customer needs.
• Provide styling advice, suggest add-ons, and create complete looks.
• Guide customers through purchase decisions and ensure a seamless checkout experience.
• Maintain stockroom organization and POS transactions; reinforce customer choices for return visits.
