Job summary

TK Maxx in Utrecht is seeking a Store Manager to lead a high-energy store team, drive sales, and ensure excellent customer service. You will manage day-to-day operations, mentor Associates and Assistant Managers, and implement strategic plans to optimize inventory, pricing, and presentation.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail leadership experience in fast-paced environments, strong communication, and a proven ability to develop diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail experience as Store or District Manager in dynamic, high-volume environments.
• Proven ability to manage, develop, and motivate a large team.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and follow-through skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of store operations and loss prevention practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations to boost sales, control expenses, and minimize shrink and damages.
• Recruit, train, develop, and manage a large team of Associates and Assistant Managers.
• Develop and implement plans to increase store sales and provide insights on pricing, merchandising and customer demographics.
• Focus staff on Loss Prevention priorities and ensure compliance with company programs and policies.
• Ensure a positive customer experience through high standards of service and merchandise presentation.
