Job summary

Vattenfall invites applications for a Document Management role within the BA Wind division, supporting offshore wind project documentation across Northern Europe. You will oversee setup of permission sets, workflows, and metadata in SharePoint, acting as a quality controller and active super user for IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in document management from concept to handover, preferably in wind projects.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management across diverse teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Super user in MS SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Implement Document Management procedures, processes and templates.
• Guard document control rules, procedures and systems.
• Run and manage the DMS for the project.
• Ensure engineering documentation meets standards and deadlines.
• Distribute and follow up documentation to internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide first line support for document control issues.
• Train project teams on document control processes and systems.
• Engage with the Document Management network to share best practices.
