Job summary

Vattenfall is seeking a skilled Document Management professional to support offshore wind projects in a dynamic, cross-European environment. You will manage permission setups, implement workflow solutions, and assist with metadata, views and libraries in SharePoint.

You will also act as Quality Control for incoming docs and drive status updates across stakeholders. The role includes training project teams on document control processes, serving as a super user for IT solutions, and actively

Qualifications

• Proven track record in document management from project concept to handover, preferably in Wind projects.
• Super user in MS SharePoint.
• Ability to organize, analyze and visualize data sets and trends.
• Strong passion for project management, information management and system optimization.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive problem-solving mindset.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Implementation of the Document Management procedures, processes, templates, applications, etc.
• Gate keeper of the document control rules, procedures and systems
• Run and manage the DMS for the project
• Ensure that engineering documentation meets the established standards and deadlines
• Distribution and follow up of documentation to internal and external stakeholders
• First line support for document control related issues
• As super user for the IT solutions, train project teams to ensure and enable proper understanding and use of the document control processes and systems
• Take active part in the Document Management network and interface with other departments.
• Share and implement best practices of Document Management across teams.
