Job summary

Oak Offshore is seeking a Warehouse Manager to oversee equipment logistics across the Netherlands and Belgium. You will ensure accurate equipment records, oversee system administration, and maintain safety and compliance in the warehouse.

Responsibilities include coordinating inspections, calibrations, and project-specific equipment allocation, while supervising access control and waste management. Fluency in English and Dutch is preferred for this role.

Qualifications

• Intermediate technical degree or relevant experience.
• Knowledge of equipment to be inspected.
• Knowledge of English and Dutch.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and register equipment, ensuring up-to-date records.
• Perform system administration tasks related to warehouse operations.
• Conduct maintenance and certify equipment per applicable rules.
• Ensure equipment is certified according to regulations.
• Manage access control of equipment and materials on projects.
• Organize equipment and materials for projects.
• Inspect and calibrate equipment; arrange subcontracting when needed.
• Lead health and safety in the warehouse and waste management.
• Oversee equipment logistics to and from projects.
