Qualifications

• Offshore helideck operations experience is required.
• Experience as an instructor is a plus.
• Certifications in OPITO HLO/HERTL, GWO, or equivalent, or willingness to obtain them.
• Good command of English.
• A proactive, flexible, and hands-on attitude.
• A genuine passion for safety, training and people.
• Experience in offshore operations, emergency response or aviation safety is a strong advantage.
• A serious commitment to safety rules and protocols.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality training courses for helideck operations according to OPITO, GWO and industry standards (HLO, HERTL and others).
• Execute and continuously improve hands-on training sessions, including realistic helideck scenarios, emergency response drills and helicopter landing coordination.
• Guide participants through practical helideck operations, including safety protocols, passenger handling and emergency procedures.
• Uphold the highest safety standards, because in this role, rules and procedures are non-negotiable.
