Qualifications

• Experience as an instructor is a plus; mindset matters most.
• Experience as a firefighter.
• Good command of English.
• A proactive, flexible, hands-on attitude.
• A genuine passion for safety, training and people.
• Experience in offshore environments, aviation or industrial settings.
• Knowledge of OPITO, STCW, NOGEPA and GWO standards.
• Strong commitment to safety rules and participant wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Train participants daily to manage various emergency incidents, including fires, hazardous materials, spills and aircraft-related scenarios.
• Guide participants through realistic, hands-on exercises.
• Create a safe, energetic and engaging learning environment.
• Uphold the highest safety standards; rules and procedures are non-negotiable.
