Job summary

FMTC Safety is seeking an Offshore Safety Instructor (m/f/d) for our Amsterdam training center. You will empower participants to work safely and respond effectively to offshore emergencies through hands-on course delivery.

You’ll lead BOSIET and FOET training, run helicopter safety, sea survival, firefighting and EBS sessions, guide HUET and self-rescue drills, and create an engaging learning environment while upholding strict safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering safety training is a plus.
• Willingness to obtain BOSIET/FOET/OPITO certifications.
• Good command of English is required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver BOSIET and FOET courses.
• Execute and improve training sessions for helicopter safety, sea survival, firefighting and EBS.
• Guide participants through HUET and self-rescue scenarios.
• Create a safe, energetic and engaging learning environment.
• Uphold the highest safety standards and procedures.
