Job summary

N-Sea Group is seeking a Junior Project EHS Advisor to support our IRM and UXO business line in delivering safe, high-impact projects. The role involves assisting with risk management, HSE documentation, vessel readiness, and incident reporting across Europe’s North Sea sectors.

You will work with Project Managers, EHS Advisors, and offshore crews to implement safe systems of work, participate in HAZID/HAZOP, and help drive continuous EHS improvements.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in an EHS facing role (IRM, light construction or UXO offshore)
• Strong understanding of IMCA guidelines and EHS regs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Offshore experience across Europe and North Sea is preferred

Responsibilities

• Support the Project EHS function across IRM and UXO projects
• Assist with planning, coordination and implementation of project-specific health, safety and environmental requirements
• Participate in HAZID/HAZOP and HIRA assessments with project teams
• Contribute to vessel and offshore readiness, incident reporting and investigations
• Monitor EHS performance metrics and ensure compliance with regulations
