Job summary

Bynder Inc. in Amsterdam is offering a Legal Intern role within the In‑House Legal Team. This hands-on internship provides exposure to contract management, commercial contracts, and the broader administrative work of a corporate legal department. You will collaborate with multiple functions, including Business Applications, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success.

Qualifications

• Available for a full-time or part-time internship for at least 3 months starting October 2026.
• Currently enrolled in, or will be enrolled in, a Dutch Master’s program in Law during internship.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and comfort with contracts.
• One or more prior legal internships with experience supporting contract management and operations.
• Fluency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Contract Management and Administrative Support: assist in a legal operations project to improve contract repository quality and efficiency; audit and maintain customer contracts in Salesforce; oversee ticketing systems; provide day-to-day administrative support.
• Legal Support: conduct research on various topics; review basic agreements such as NDAs; support daily legal operations and ad hoc requests.

About the role:

The Bynder Legal Team is seeking a Legal Intern to join our Amsterdam office. This is a broad, hands-on role that offers exposure to legal operations, commercial contract management, and the wider administrative work of an in-house legal team. You will collaborate with various departments at Bynder, especially Business Applications, Finance, Sales, and Customer Success

What you will do:

Contract Management and Administrative Support

• Play an active role in a legal operations project to enhance the quality, structure, and efficiency of our contract repository.
• Audit, process and maintain legacy and new business customer contracts in Salesforce and ensure records are accurate, complete, and up to date.
• Oversee our ticketing systems.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Bynder Legal Team.

Legal Support

• Conduct legal research on a variety of topics.
• Review basic commercial agreements, such as Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs).
• Support the team with ad hoc legal requests and daily legal operations.

What you have:

• You need to be available for a full-time or part-time internship for at least 3 months starting October 2026, with the possibility of an extension.
• You are currently enrolled in, or will be enrolled in, a Dutch Master’s program in Law throughout your internship.
• You have a strong understanding of legal terminology and are confident working with contracts, with a proactive and genuine commitment to learning and professional development.
• One or more prior legal internships, with demonstrable experience supporting contract management, legal operations, and administrative processes. Experience in contract management is a strong advantage.
• Fluency in English is required.
• You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and consistently ensure that nothing is overlooked.
• You’re motivated, proactive and independent.
• You are already based in the Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with tools such as Salesforce and Jira; is a strong plus.
• A genuine interest in legal AI tools, ideally backed by some practical experience using them.
• Knowledge of Dutch, French and/or German
