Job summary

Dustin is seeking an OE Process Specialist to drive AI transformation, facilitate workshops, and turn AI opportunities into measurable business improvements. You will collaborate across functions to enable adoption of AI-powered processes and continuously optimize impact.

You will lead initiatives from pilot through deployment, partnering with process owners and technology teams to deliver lasting value and improved customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level of working and thinking.
• 3–8+ years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, business analysis, consulting, transformation, or related roles.
• Experience with AI, automation, digital transformation, or continuous improvement initiatives.
• Driven pilot programmes, implementation, adoption, and scaling of new technologies and ways of working.

Your role & influence as OE Process Specialist

Responsibility: You will be given responsibility for identifying and turning business challenges into AI‑powered solutions that simplify ways of working, enhance customer experiences, and create measurable business value.

Collaboration: Together with your team, you take care of enabling the successful adoption of AI and process innovation across the organization. You'll work closely not only with your immediate team members but also with departments across the business, partnering with process owners, business stakeholders, and technology teams to bring ideas to life and ensure lasting impact.

Core activities:

• Lead and support AI initiatives from pilot and testing through deployment and scaling, working closely with business stakeholders, process owners, and technology teams.
