Job summary

The Member Company in Eindhoven is seeking an experienced Project Engineer NPI to bridge development and production for high-tech systems. You translate customer designs into manufacturable production processes (DFM/DFA) and define manufacturing strategies for high-precision components.

You will lead technical reviews with internal and external stakeholders, support prototype and pilot builds, and drive improvements in quality, cost, and delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics.
• Experience as Project Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, or NPI Engineer in a high-tech environment.
• Knowledge of machining and/or non-machining production techniques.
• Familiarity with PFMEA, SPC, and Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt is a plus).
• Strong communication skills with stakeholders; fluent in Dutch and English.

Responsibilities

• Set up production flows and secure processes using PFMEA, control plans, and SPC.
