Job summary

KRUSH Labs in the Netherlands is seeking an NPI Project Manager to drive prototype, testing, and production of next-gen UAV systems. You will blend technical leadership with disciplined project management to deliver complex hardware programs.

In this fast-paced, cross-functional role you will coordinate with NPI, Supply Chain, Logistics, and R&D teams; lead design reviews; and help shape the technology roadmap while ensuring efficient handoff to manufacturing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering, hardware engineering, aerospace or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive Project Management experience in hardware or electronic manufacturing.
• Strong understanding of assembly and manufacturing processes, testing methodologies, supply chain and quality standards.
• Experience within Aerospace or Defense and Space domain is a plus.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Management and delivery manufacturing projects and programs, blending technical leadership with structured project management.
• Manage project budgets, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and strategic roadmap planning in alignment with company goals
• Ability to work across NPI, Supply Chain, Logistic teams and multidisciplinary R&D environments
• Lead and participate in rigorous design reviews, ensuring appropriate subject matter expert engagement.
• Act as a key technical resource: assess and update the company's technology road map, identify key new technical areas for the company.
• Drive disciplined handoff from engineering to manufacturing through close collaboration with manufacturing engineering, supply chain, and production test engineering.
• Contributing to or authoring proposals and participating in business capture efforts.
