Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years hardware engineering experience, 3–5 years in leadership.
• Experience with MIMO radar, beamforming, or automotive radar systems.
• Technical expertise across RF, FPGA, and embedded.

Responsibilities

• Deliver complex engineering programs with technical leadership.
• Manage budgets, resources, risk, and roadmap alignment.
• Collaborate across RF, Embedded, FPGA teams.
• Lead design reviews with SMEs.
• Define technical requirements with Product Owner.
• Bridge board- and system-level success across disciplines.
• Update technology roadmap and identify new areas.
• Handoff from engineering to manufacturing with supply chain.
• Contribute to proposals and business capture.
