Johnson & Johnson Vision Groningen in Groningen, Netherlands, seeks a Project Manager for New Product Introduction (IOL) to lead end-to-end intraocular lens development from concept through regulatory approval and market launch. You will coordinate a matrix of global teams and ensure rigorous Design Control and quality compliance.

You will drive projects, manage schedules and budgets, and collaborate across R&D, Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Supply Chain and Marketing to deliver breakthrough

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Physics, Optics or related technical field.
• 5–10 years of PM experience in a regulated, tech-driven environment.
• Experience managing medical device NPI projects, preferably ophthalmic.
• Able to lead global virtual project teams across time zones.
• Strong knowledge of project management, Design Control and Risk Management.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end NPI projects for intraocular lenses, including plans, schedules, budgets and resources.
• Lead virtual, cross-functional teams across multiple time zones.
• Ensure Design Control, Risk Management and Change Management compliance.
• Oversee creation, maintenance and approval of project documentation.
• Ensure adherence to GMP, QSR, ISO 13485 and internal procedures.
• Support regulatory submissions with Regulatory Affairs and Quality.
• Maintain clear communication with global stakeholders including EU, US and APAC.
