Johnson & Johnson Vision Groningen seeks an experienced Project Manager for New Product Introduction of intraocular lenses (IOL). You will lead end-to-end NPI programs, coordinating across R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Supply Chain, while guiding virtual teams across time zones. Strong design control and risk-management expertise are essential.

Fluency in English is required; Dutch is an advantage. The on-site role in Groningen demands collaboration with global stakeholders and adherence to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Physics, Optics or related technical discipline.
• 5–10 years of relevant project management experience in a regulated, technology-driven environment.
• Experience managing medical device NPI projects, preferably implantable/ophthalmic products.
• Proven ability to lead global, virtual project teams across multiple time zones.
• Strong knowledge of Design Control and Risk Management principles.
• Working knowledge of GMP, QSR, ISO 13485 and medical device development processes.
• Fluent in English; Dutch language skills are an advantage.
• Availability to work 100% on site in Groningen, the Netherlands with occasional international travel.
