King of Reach by B&S is seeking a Regional Account Manager to drive growth and strengthen partnerships across Northwest Europe. You will build strategic relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers and key accounts while identifying new opportunities in a fast-moving international market.

You excel at sales, negotiations, and relationship-building, fluent in Dutch and English, and you enjoy travel as part of delivering lasting value.

Qualifications

• Successful track record in sales, account management, or business development in international B2B.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong interest in Northwest Europe markets and cultures.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Analytical mindset with an entrepreneurial approach and willingness to travel.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth across Northwest Europe.
• Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, and establish sustainable partnerships.
• Travel regularly throughout the region to strengthen customer relationships and stay ahead of market, consumer, and competitor developments.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
