Job summary

King of Reach by B&S is seeking a Regional Account Manager to grow our footprint in Northwest Europe. You will cultivate strategic relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and key accounts while driving commercial growth in an international market.

You will travel across the region, negotiate with partners, and collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and ongoing business expansion.

Qualifications

• You have a successful track record in sales, account management or business development within an international B2B environment.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong interest in Northwest Europe and its diverse markets and cultures, with ability to develop knowledge of the region.
• Excel at building long-term business relationships and lead commercial negotiations to drive growth.
• Willingness to travel internationally and operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive growth across Northwest Europe.
• Build, maintain, and expand long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and key stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities, lead commercial negotiations, and establish sustainable partnerships.
• Travel regularly throughout the region to strengthen customer relationships and stay ahead of market, consumer, and competitor developments.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth.
