Job summary

Adams Multilingual Recruitment is seeking a Sales Manager Nordics to drive growth in Denmark and Sweden, with a focus on PE/PP polymers. The role is field-based with strong travel, and offers a competitive base plus commission.

You will develop new business across the Nordic region, manage key accounts and coordinate with the Technical Services team to deliver value to customers. Fluency in English and Swedish or Danish is required, with willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in commodity polymers, petrochemicals, or chemical trading.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Chemistry, Polymer Science or related field.
• Fluency in English, plus Swedish and/or Danish.
• Willingness to travel ~40% of time and visit customer sites.
• Self-motivated, able to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
• Able to communicate complex topics clearly with customers.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities across the Nordic region and grow sales with existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the region.
• Monitor market trends, price movements, competition, and demand patterns.
• Provide technical and commercial customer advice with the Tech Services team.
• Negotiate and close framework agreements and customer projects.
• Collaborate with Customer Service and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
