Tegral Materials Europe seeks a motivated Junior Sales Representative to join our Northern European sales team. You will develop new business opportunities, build customer relationships, and drive sales of polymers.

The ideal candidate demonstrates strong interpersonal skills, a proactive approach to business development, and a competitive, results-oriented mindset. Prior sales experience is not required; ambition and commercial potential are valued.

Qualifikationen

• Fluency in German, Dutch, and English is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Recent graduates or 1–2 years in sales or related field encouraged to apply.
• Experience in polymers, plastics, or chemicals is a plus but not required.

Aufgaben

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, networking, and customer visits.
• Promote and sell commodity polymers, primarily PP and PE, to manufacturers, converters, and industrial customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and propose appropriate products and commercial terms.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends and pricing developments to identify opportunities.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline to meet targets.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure satisfaction.
• Travel throughout Northern Europe to develop business and strengthen relationships.
