Vinmar International, based in the Netherlands, seeks a driven Junior Sales Representative to develop new business and drive polymer sales (PP and PE) across Northern Europe. You will build strong customer relationships, prepare quotations, and coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and service teams to ensure satisfaction.

The ideal candidate is a recent graduate or has 1–2 years in sales, fluent in German, Dutch, and English, and willing to travel regularly within Northern Europe.

Qualifications

Responsabilités

• Identify and develop new business opportunities via prospecting, cold calling, networking, and visits.
• Promote and sell commodity polymers, primarily PP and PE, to manufacturers and industrial customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and commercial terms.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing and terms, and close sales opportunities.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing developments.
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline to hit targets.
• Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and customer service to satisfy customers.
• Travel throughout assigned markets to develop business and relationships.
