Job summary

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- Experience engaging with regulatory agencies in permit applications or equivalent.
- Experience building cross-functional partnerships and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
- Fluency in Dutch (speaking, writing and reading).
- Progressive experience in NL customs brokerage, compliance, audit, or risk management, with leadership or strategic exposure.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement risk management frameworks for NL customs brokerage activities.
- Serve as the licensed point of contact with Dutch customs authorities and manage regulatory queries and inspections.
- Monitor regulatory developments and translate changes into procedures and scalable solutions.
- Lead strategic roadmap for NL customs brokerage and drive automation initiatives.
