Job summary

UPS Healthcare Netherlands B.V. is seeking a Senior Warehouse Worker to lead a team of warehouse operators, ensuring cross-docking, loading and quality control on night shifts.

You will collaborate with Transport Planning and Customer Service to drive operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will supervise 4–5 workers, oversee loading of trucks, handle order picking, inspections, and maintain GMP/ISO compliant records.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent.
• A valid driver's license (B).
• Warehouse experience.
• Available to work in the night shift.
• Good communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 4-5 warehouse workers during night shift.
• Coordinate with Transport Planning and Customer Service.
• Perform cross-docking, loading and quality control.
• Inspect materials, packaging and final products for quality.
• Document quality issues and corrective actions; ensure GMP/ISO compliance.
• Train warehouse workers and drive interdepartmental collaboration.
