UPS in Eindhoven zoekt een Senior Warehouse Worker die een team van 4–5 magazijnmedewerkers aanstuurt tijdens de nachtshift, met verantwoordelijkheid voor cross-docking, laden en kwaliteitscontrole. Je werkt nauw samen met Transport Planning en Customer Service om operationele uitmuntendheid te waarborgen en continue verbeteringen door te voeren.

Je hebt ervaring in een magazijn, een geldig rijbewijs B en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.

Qualifications

• Voldoe aan een middelbaar opleidingsniveau (bijv. diploma MBO/HBO) of gelijkwaardig.
• Rijbewijs B is vereist.
• Ervaring in een magazijnomgeving is gewenst.
• Goede communicatie en teamleiderschap.
• Beschikbaarheid om in de nacht te werken.

Responsibilities

• Leid een team van 4–5 magazijnmedewerkers tijdens de nachtshift.
• Coördineer cross-docking, laden en kwaliteitscontroles.
• Onderhoud contact met Transport Planning en Customer Service.
• Waarborging van correcte documentatie en GMP/ISO-naleving.
• Identificeer en implementeer kwaliteitsverbeteringen.

As a Senior Warehouse Worker you will lead a team of warehouse operators while ensuring smooth cross-docking, loading, and quality control activities. You will work closely with Transport Planning and Customer Service, drive operational excellence, and support continuous improvement across the warehouse operation.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for guiding and leading a team of 4-5 warehouse workers who perform cross docking operations during our Night shift.


• Maintain contact with our Transport Planning department and make sure all trucks and vans are loaded appropriately.


• Order picking and general Warehouse related tasks.


• Inspects incoming materials, packaging and labeling components, work-in-process and final products using basic inspection gauging.


• Ensures proper completion of required documentation in accordance with departmental, GMP, and ISO requirements.


• Performs activities in Quality Control department such as incoming, CQA and final product inspections.


• Documents quality issues and performance measures for management review.


• Documents corrective actions and tracks subsequent follow-up activities.


• Identifies and champions resolution of quality issues.


• Prepares and conducts trainings for Warehouse Workers.


• Take charge in creating interdepartmental solutions between our Customer Service, Warehouse and Transport Planning department.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent;


• A valid drivers license (B);


• Warehouse experience;


• Good communication skills;


• Skilled in taking the lead;


• Available to work in the night shift.
