Hotel Nassau Breda, part of Odyssey Hotel Group, is seeking a Night Auditor to manage front and back office during the night. You will check guests in and out, handle inquiries, and ensure safety and order while maintaining accurate financial reports.

The ideal candidate has hospitality experience, is fluent in Dutch and English, able to work independently during night shifts (weekends included), and familiar with Opera or similar reservation systems.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or a similar position is a plus.
• Independent, responsible, and able to work under pressure.
• Flexible and available for night shifts (including weekends).
• Good knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Knowledge of a reservation system such as Opera is an advantage.

• Be the point of contact for questions during the night, both by phone and in person.
• Ensure safety and order in and around the hotel.
• Prepare and process administrative and financial reports.
• Report any unusual occurrences to the morning shift.
• Support colleagues where necessary (e.g., room service, lobby presentation).

YOUR ROLE AS NIGHT AUDITOR

As Night Auditor, you are the point of contact for the hotel during the night. You combine hospitality with administrative accuracy and ensure that every guest feels safe and welcome at night. You work independently and are responsible for both the front office and the back office during the night shift.
