Job summary

The Dylan Amsterdam, located on Keizersgracht in the Nine Streets area, is a 5-star luxury boutique hotel seeking a full-time Night Auditor. You will manage night audit activities, handle front office tasks during the night, and be the point of contact for guests, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Your shift runs from 23:00 to 07:00. You may also prepare or serve guest orders on request, joining a passionate team in a historic setting with two restaurants and renowned service.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel front office is preferred.
• Ability to handle unexpected situations with composure.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Accurate and detail-oriented with a quality focus.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Conduct night audit and front office duties during night shift.
• Be the main contact for guests at night and ensure safety.
• Prepare and/or serve guest orders upon request.

A historical environment with 41 unique hotel rooms, 4 private rooms for meetings & events and two restaurants: Bar Brasserie OCCO and Two Michelin star awarded Restaurant Vinkeles.The Dylan Amsterdam is looking for a full-time Night Auditor. In this position, you are responsible for the night audit activities and front office duties during the night. You are the contact person for our guests during the night and you are responsible for their safety. Besides, on request you prepare and/or serve orders for guests. Your day starts at 23.00 hrs. and ends at 07.00 hrs.
