Job summary

art’otel Amsterdam is seeking a dedicated Night Auditor to deliver nightly service with a smile and a proactive approach to guest needs. You will address complaints, assist with check-ins, and support financial auditing processes in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to handle guest complaints calmly.
• Experience with check-ins and payments.

Responsibilities

• Address guest complaints and resolve queries.
• Complete financial auditing reports and procedures.
