Job summary

Radical Fanatics is hiring a Sales Executive - New Business to open doors, surface real needs, and close deals that involve multiple stakeholders and lengthy cycles. You will own the end-to-end journey from first contact to signed contract, coordinating with IT, finance, and management teams.

You bring a proven track record in new logos and complex B2B sales, with consultative selling at the core. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential, as is the ability to deliver strong quotes and

Qualifications

• Proven track record in new business and new logos.
• Experience with complex B2B sales and stakeholder management.
• Consultative selling approach.
• Software/ERP experience is a plus, not required.
• Fluent Dutch and English spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Land new clients. Own the end-to-end sales process from lead to close.
• Present and demonstrate tailored solutions through product demos and quotes.
• Develop multi-stakeholder engagements across DMU, including IT and CFO levels.
• Create custom quotes that address client needs and constraints.
• Maintain a disciplined pipeline and accurate forecasting.
