Job summary

Radboud University is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and advance the university's NeurotechEU participation. You will connect researchers, educators, and international partners to embed NeurotechEU within Radboud University.

You will manage Doctoral Network development, foster collaborations, and oversee education and innovation initiatives across faculties, with a focus on strategic impact and institutional alignment.

Qualifications

• High level of professional and intellectual ability, preferably a PhD in neuroscience, neurotechnology, or related field.
• Demonstrable experience in project management within a complex academic/research setting.
• Experience in teaching, educational development and/or international programmes is advantageous.
• Ability to connect and engage a wide range of stakeholders across a university.
• Experience with international collaboration and European projects (Erasmus+ / Horizon Europe).
• Highly organised, proactive and results-oriented; turn ideas into outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Dutch and English.
• Ability to work independently and in collaborative teams and networks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively engage with researchers, educators and faculties to identify NeurotechEU participation opportunities.
• Support development of new collaborative education, research, and innovation initiatives.
• Facilitate a stimulation fund for academics to develop NeurotechEU content and activities.
• Strengthen international exchange by raising awareness and reducing barriers.
• Develop and implement the Doctoral Network with Donders Graduate School and partners.
• Coordinate internships, bachelor projects, minors and electives with faculties.
• Coordinate Campus+ content development, video/graphics, and online course support.
• Monitor cross-cutting issues like ECTS recognition and mobility.
• Embed NeurotechEU within Radboud University across Academic Affairs and relations.
• Advise on strategic positioning within the Board of Governors and Rectors.
