Job summary

Swift is seeking a Network Security Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team protecting our global network infrastructure and advancing modern security capabilities.

You will define the technical roadmap, oversee vendor partnerships, and align security with business objectives while fostering a culture of learning and excellence. This role focuses on Zero Trust, SASE/SSE, and attack surface reduction for Swift’s worldwide operations.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience across network engineering, network security, or related infrastructure security disciplines, with leadership experience.
• Deep understanding of Next-Gen Firewalls, SIEM platforms, and modern identity systems.
• Proven experience in architectural oversight, deployment, or management of SASE/SSE frameworks.
• Experience with vulnerability management, network hardening, and minimizing attack surface.
• Ability to lead complex initiatives, influence stakeholders, and mentor high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication to translate risks for non-technical leaders.
• Bachelor’s degree in cyber security, Computer Science, IT Management, or equivalent leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and lead a world-class network security engineering team.
• Identify and reduce attack surface across corporate, cloud, and edge environments.
• Define the technical roadmaps for network security capabilities.
• Drive SASE/SSE strategy and deployments for global remote workforce.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 27001, PCI-DSS, and related standards.
• Evaluate and manage security vendors and tools within budget.
• Bridge technical teams with executives to communicate risks and drive decisions.
