Job summary

Swift is seeking a Senior Network & Infrastructure Architect with leadership responsibilities to drive architectural evolution across our platforms in a complex enterprise. The role combines hands-on design (50%) with people leadership (50%), ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions.

You will define high-level architectures, lead cross-functional initiatives, mentor engineers, and partner with internal stakeholders and vendors to deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in enterprise IT engineering/architecture roles.
• Proven experience delivering complex infrastructure or network architectures in large-scale environments.
• Hands-on expertise in architecture design and leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver High-Level Architectures across network, compute, storage, or platform domains.
• Translate requirements into scalable, resilient, and secure solutions, validated through testing.
• Lead end-to-end architecture activities from requirements definition to production-ready designs.
• Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives focused on automation, resiliency, and cost efficiency.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities to enhance platform capabilities.
• Promote automation-first approaches using tools like Ansible and Python.
• Work with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors to ensure alignment and effective delivery.
• Contribute to enterprise architecture governance, regulatory compliance, audit readiness, and risk management.
