Job summary

YANMAR CO in Almere, the Netherlands, is seeking a Network Representative Spare Parts to serve the Benelux dealer network. You will ensure spare parts availability, monitor performance, and support continuous improvement through reporting and coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in spare parts distribution, supply chain operations, aftersales, or a related field.
Experience with dealer networks or service networks is preferred.
Good understanding of spare parts logistics and its impact on customer satisfaction.
Familiarity with KPI monitoring and performance measurement within logistics or after-sales environments.
Experience with ERP/CRM/inventory systems such as SAP or Dynamics.

Responsibilities

Spare Parts Operations & Performance: support daily operations, ensure timely flow of parts from warehouses to dealers.
Improve spare parts availability, order accuracy, and delivery performance.
Monitor dealer stock levels, order performance, and service KPIs using CRM and reporting tools.
Coordinate with Aftersales, Spare Parts, Sales teams, and dealers to resolve issues.

Within Yanmar Marine International B.V. Global Aftersales, the spare parts organisation plays a critical role in supporting Yanmar’s Authorised Dealer network and ensuring product availability, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.

The Network Representative Spare Parts supports the day-to-day performance of the dealer network in the Benelux region by ensuring efficient spare parts operations, monitoring dealer performance, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.

What are you going to do?

As our Network Representative Spare Parts, you will be the operational link between Yanmar dealers across the Benelux region. You support spare parts availability, dealer performance, and service quality while strengthening the dealer network through reporting, coordination, and continuous improvement.

Your main tasks and responsibilities

Spare Parts Operations & Performance
Support daily spare parts operations within the Benelux region, ensuring the timely and accurate flow of parts from warehouses to distributors and dealers.
Assist in improving spare parts availability, order accuracy, and delivery performance.
Monitor dealer stock levels, order performance, and service KPIs using CRM and reporting tools.
Coordinate with Aftersales, Spare Parts, Sales teams, and dealers to resolve operational issues efficiently.
Gather and analyse dealer and customer feedback regarding parts availability, delivery performance, and service quality.

Dealer Network Development & Support
Monitor dealer responsiveness, compliance, and adherence to Yanmar dealer standards.
Support continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing dealer performance and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports and performance data for dealer reviews and business meetings.
Support dealer onboarding activities and coordinate training sessions with internal subject matter experts.
Serve as a key point of contact for dealer inquiries related to processes, standards, and operational procedures.

Reporting, Compliance & Market Intelligence
Maintain accurate dealer records, activities, and compliance documentation within YMI’s CRM system.
Track dealer compliance with brand and service standards and escalate recurring issues where necessary.
Collect and report local market intelligence, including competitor activities, customer expectations, and market trends.
Support performance benchmarking activities and identify opportunities for network improvement.

The ideal candidate

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field;
2-3 years of experience in spare parts distribution, supply chain operations, aftersales, or a related field;
Experience working within dealer, distributor, or service networks is preferred;
Good understanding of spare parts logistics and its impact on customer satisfaction;
Familiarity with KPI monitoring and performance measurement within logistics or after-sales environments;
Experience with ERP, CRM, or inventory management systems such as SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar;
Fluent in Dutch and English; additional European languages are considered an advantage;
Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.

Work location

This position is based in Almere, the Netherlands, and is responsible for supporting the Benelux dealer network.
