Job summary

A multinational defence organisation in Brunssum, Netherlands, is seeking a senior network engineer to drive design-to-deployment of secure, mission-critical networks across fixed sites and deployable kits. You will produce technical network designs, install and configure components, run testing, support deployment and migration, and develop implementation plans with baseline configurations.

Qualifications

• A degree in computing, networking or engineering, or equivalent experience.
• 5 years designing, building, running and troubleshooting enterprise and deployable networks.
• Advanced TCP/IP, IPv4/IPv6, Layer 2 and 3, OSPF, BGP, EIGRP, VLANs, QoS and VPN.
• Deployable and expeditionary communications: setting up, running and recovering networks in the field.
• Network security: firewalls, IDS/IPS, NAC and secure remote access.
• Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto or Fortinet hands-on, with CCNP Enterprise and JNCIP-Enterprise.
