Job summary

Bugaboo Group is seeking an experienced NetSuite Application Administrator to manage, support, and enhance our NetSuite ERP environment across Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain. You will partner with stakeholders to drive system efficiency, process improvements, and greater business value.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, configuration of NetSuite modules, and leading ERP enhancement projects to optimize performance and data integrity. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in ERP administration, support, or implementation.
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP is a big plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage, support, and optimize the NetSuite ERP application across the organization.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Procurement, and other business teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Configure and maintain NetSuite modules, workflows, dashboards, reports, and saved searches.
• Lead ERP enhancement projects, system upgrades, integrations, and process improvements.
• Support system integrations, data management, and process automation initiatives.
• Maintain system documentation, governance standards, and best practices.
• Support testing, upgrades, and deployment of new NetSuite functionality.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and business stakeholders.
• Ensure data integrity, security, and adherence to best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve business processes and maximize ERP capabilities.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced NetSuite Application Administrator to manage, support, and enhance our NetSuite ERP environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both Finance and Operational business processes and be capable of partnering with stakeholders across departments to drive system efficiency, process improvements, and business value.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SuiteFlow, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteScript, and third‑party integrations.
• Exposure to multi‑entity, multi‑currency, or global business environments.
• Experience supporting ERP transformation or optimization projects.
